Congratulations to Kat, Sally and Shelleyrae for winning character-naming rights in the new book (tentatively titled Nefarious Doings). Which means they (or their characters!) will be shifting to the country town of Majic for the purposes of the new book. I’ll drop by with a casserole. 

And I am also delighted to be part of the Australian Women Writers 2012 Challenge, which invites readers to embrace (figuratively speaking) all the wonderful female writers that we have in Australia. I am going to try for at least three reviews throughout the year, starting with this one. And it all fits in beautifully with my new role as ambassador for The International Year of Reading for the Eastern Regional Library Service! (see news & events for further details)
